182 rooms, pool, free hi-speed in rooms and business center, free Wi-Fi on 17th floor, conference room, valet-only parking. A 17-story tower that's tapered, so rooms and some lanais get smaller the higher you go. Not all rooms on the top floor have lanais, but there are extra large lanais on the 16th floor. The lobby and 17th-floor renovations were finished in 2008, and the result is clean and modern. Most of the rooms are clean, but not don't match the look elsewhere and need updating. You're nearing the fringes of Waikiki here, and it's a 15-minute walk to the beach, so the distant views are hard to get too excited about. You stay here to sleep, not to frolic at the hotel. Continental breakfast is free on a lanai on the 16th floor with pleasant views. Parking is valet-only at $15, which is cheap for Waikiki. If you book directly with the hotel, you can save 50% on parking, get free local calls and free room safes. Rooms (approx. 294-372 sq. ft.) are $83-$189, kitchenettes (294-372 sq. ft.) are $117, and the top floor (311-429 sq. ft.) is $179-$189.
