315 rooms, pool, restaurant, Wi-Fi in the lobby and rooms, 2 conference rooms, lanais on most. A 19-story building from 1969. This was a grand hotel in its day, but it's way, way past that now. This visit found the hotel interior spaces looking very poor at every turn. Much of the staff is unhelpful. The only nice thing we could think to say about this place is the view from their pool is wonderful, with an expansive vista from Diamond Head to part of Waikiki, and rooms facing the ocean or Diamond Head have awesome views. A short block to the beach. Parking is $15. Rooms (216-299 sq. ft.) are $140–$195, studios with kitchenettes (344 sq. ft.) are $220-$255, suites (1,022 sq. ft.) are $350-$415. Few pay the rack rates, thank goodness.
