357 rooms, pool, 4 restaurants, hi-speed Internet access in rooms, 2 shops, 2 conference rooms. A 22-story tower built around 1970 and renovated in 2004, rooms are adequate--nothing more. Bathrooms have full bathtubs and showers. The pool bar has fairly cheap hot dogs and sodas if you're lounging around the hotel. The ocean views above the 16th floor are distant but fairly good. Ventilation doesn't exactly feel overpowering as the rooms seemed musty to us. Connecting rooms are available--not a common Waikiki trait. They have a glass elevator that might entertain young'uns. Waikiki Beach Center is 2 blocks away. Rooms (276-374 sq. ft.) are $175-$300. Suites (660-1,122 sq. ft.) are $400-$575.
