250 rooms, pool, sauna, fitness room, conference room, hi-speed Internet access in rooms, restaurant, 4 shops, dvd players (with dvds for rent in lobby), maid service every 4th and 7th day. There are 26 floors in this 1970s building, and only floors 20 and above give you good views of the ocean. Though this is a timeshare resort, 30% of the rooms are routinely available for rent. 4th- and 5th-floor units have no lanais. The studios have pull-down Murphy beds, making good use of the space. But they don't guarantee the floor or view you'll get when you book--only the type of unit. The rooms themselves are not remarkable. Parking is $25 (valet only), and local calls are free. (Sort of--you have to pay $6 per day for "free" calls and room safe.) It's clean and fairly reasonably priced given the location. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Studios with kitchenette (350 sq. ft.) are $195-$209, 1/1s with kitchenette (450 sq. ft.) are $232-$246, 1/2s with full kitchen (525-575 sq. ft.) are $292-$321, 2/2s with full kitchen (700 sq. ft.) are $337-$351.
