250 rooms, pool, spa, suana, fitness room, conference room, restaurant, 4 shops, dvd players (with dvds for rent with your $5 fee). There are 26 floors in this 1970s building, and only floors 20 and above give you good views of the ocean. Though this is a timeshare resort, 30% of the rooms are routinely available for rent. All rooms have kitchens or kitchenettes, and the studios have pull-down Murphy beds, making good use of the space. But they don't guarantee the floor or view you'll get when you book--only the type of unit. Parking is $25 (valet only), and local calls are free. (Sort of--you have to pay $6 per day for "free" calls and room safe.) It's clean and fairly reasonably priced given the location: The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Studios (350 sq. ft.) are $195-$209, 1/1s (450 sq. ft.) are $232-$246, 1/2s (525–575 sq. ft.) are $292-$321, 2/2s (700 sq. ft.) are $337-$351.
