There are 26 floors in this 1970s building, and only floors 20 and above give you good views of the ocean. Though this is a timeshare resort, 30% of the rooms are routinely available for rent. 4th- and 5th-floor units have no lanais. The studios have pull-down Murphy beds, making good use of the space. But they don’t guarantee the floor or view you’ll get when you bookonly the type of unit. The rooms themselves are not remarkable and many need updating. Parking is $25 (valet only), and local calls are free. (Sort ofyou have to pay $6 per day for “free” calls and room safe.) It’s clean and fairly reasonably priced given the location. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Studios with kitchenette (350 sq. ft.) are $195$209, 1/1s with kitchenette (450 sq. ft.) are $232$246, 1/2s with full kitchen (525575 sq. ft.) are $292$321, 2/2s with full kitchen (700 sq. ft.) are $337$351. Discounts are easy to get with studios starting at $108. |
