72 rooms, lanais on rooms ending in 01 and 06, free Wi-Fi in lobby and rooms, free continental breakfast and coffee in lobby, free local calls. Laundry is valet only. This is a 9-story building that was part of the Waikiki Beach Hotel and was a dump. This is the old Ocean Tower Hotel that's been transformed into a modern, chic boutique hotel. They do not have a pool, and they are not on the beach, but oceanview rooms can still be quite good as they face the water directly. Studios (around 300 sq. ft.) are $300-$370. Beach is one block away.
