34 rooms, full kitchens, vcrs (movies available on site for rent--they really seem to like sci-fi). A 6-story building built in 1963 right across from the Ala Wai Canal and Boulevard (the latter can be noisy). This is a family-operated condo, and it's pretty no-frills. No room safes. You can't see the ocean, which is a pretty long walk. Parking is $9. Studios (315 sq. ft.) are $179, 1/1s (380 sq. ft.) are $225. Their online rates usually have a huge discount.
