104 rooms, pool, full kitchens, restaurant, free continental breakfast, hi-speed Internet access in rooms. A 9-floor building that surrounds its pool. In our last edition we didn't like the place, but clearly things have changed, and some of the staff shows more aloha. The rooms had a light renovation in 2008, and the new furniture is an improvement. We wish they had redone the bathrooms--especially sinks--but at least the rooms are clean. You can connect a 2/2 to a hotel room to make a 3/3 if you need more space. An adequate place to stay. Parking is $20 on site or a few doors away. Long walk to the beach. Rooms (265 sq. ft.) are $205, 1/1s (420 sq. ft.) are $275, and 2/2s (515 sq. ft.) are $355.
