92 units, lanais in some. There's an Internet cafe on site. Parking is $10. A dreary, 8-story, 1960s-era building that has few redeeming qualities that we could find, except that all rooms (except standards) have kitchenettes, and it's one block to the beach. Coffee makers are extra and available upon request. Room size varies considerably here. Note that there are no non-smoking rooms. Rooms (200-338 sq. ft.) are $115-$160, 1/1s (500 sq. ft.) are $215, 2/2s (700 sq. ft.) are $310.
