402 rooms, 2 pools, spa, free 24-hour fitness room, valet parking only ($18), 2 restaurants, coffee makers with free coffee daily, conference room, business center, free hi-speed Internet access in rooms, free Wi-Fi in lobby, free room safes, free local and long distance calls to U.S. and Canada, room service. This resort is made up of two 1970s buildings--a 17-story and a 10-story. It was turned into a boutique hotel in 2006 and in 2009 became a Courtyard. Despite the name, it's a long walk to the beach. The common areas are chic and modern, but the rooms have more of a warm Hawaiiana feel. This hotel used to be an Ohana, and they kept Ohana's trademarked tiny showers. They have a fun kids' room with a huge flat screen TV with games and iJoy chairs. (The kids may not like it, but guys will because each chair has its own remote and massage.) Their main pool is small but nice. Rooms (199-292 sq. ft.) are $305-$325. kitchenettes (207-314 sq. ft.) are $355. Suites (314-477 sq. ft.) are $405-$1,500.
