19 units on 3 floors (no elevator). All units have complete kitchens but no phones, but you can use the office phone if you don't have a cell. There is no Internet, but you may be able to catch a stray Wi-Fi signal from a nearby resort. Maid service is once a week. (They'll change towels more often.) No room safes, but valuables can be stored at the office. bbq grills, beach mats and chairs available. Basic, very clean, no frills. (They have a pretty little garden, though.) Parking costs $10 but is limited. At times they give discounts and longer stays get better rates, which would definitely make it a solid gold value. Studios (287 sq. ft.) are $110-$120, 1/1s (333-448 sq. ft.) are $125-$150. About 2 blocks to the beach.
