Na Mele Nei First Sunday Concert Series the Na Mele Nei Concert will start at 1pm at the Ward Warehouse Amphitheatre with a special guest artist or group followed by our very own Na Mele Nei Backyard Gang (local island musicians/dancers) who deliver a delightful sharing of Hawaiian Music, Hula ,and stories. Day at Queen Emma Summer Palace is an annual fundraiser in support of the mission to preserve the Palaces. All proceeds from the event will go to the restoration and preservation of Queen Emma Summer Palace and Hulihe'e Palace in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island. Queen Emma Summer Palace is located at 2913 Pali Hwy. Free parking for the event is located adjacent to the Palace, on Puiwa road, in the park. 5th Annual Haunted Hawaii Ghost Ship storyteller Jeff Gere hosts the Wild Dolphin Foundation Halloween fundraiser. Three hours of true, local, supernatural tales rooted in Hawaiian culture and other chilling stories, mixing humor with horror on the water in the dark. Set sail into the sunset at 5:30pm for three hours of "chicken skin" goose-bump experiences, non-alcoholic drinks (BYO witch's brew), and heavy pupus included. $95 per person.
