52 units, pool, a/c in the bedrooms, most have a/c in the living rooms, shuffleboard, most have free Wi-Fi, bbq, lanais on all. The grounds here need more TLC, and the units are not remarkable in any way. Rooms are average-sized. It's on a thin beach, but it's not one you'll want to swim at much, because of the ever-present seaweed. Though oceanside, lower units have almost no view, and upper units have only marginal views. 1/1s (664 sq. ft.) are $110-$160, 2/2s (960 sq. ft.) are $150-$180. Not much to recommend here.
