52 units, lap pool, many have a/c in the living room and/or bedroom, shuffleboard, free Wi-Fi, bbqs. The grounds have been improved since our last visit. They are well-tended and tropical now. Rooms are average-sized. Units may not exactly have the latest granite counters and appliances, but they’re clean. It’s on a thin beach, but it’s not one you’ll want to swim at much because of the ever-present seaweed. Though oceanside, lower units have almost no view, and upper units have only marginal views that get better as you get closer to ocean, such as building D. 1/1s (664 sq. ft.) are $99–$154, 2/2s (960 sq. ft.) are $144–$170. 4-night minimum.
