Large, nicely furnished and an excellent location, this 2-story walk-up property works. With their wicked location fronting Ulua Beach, this is what many people think of when they contemplate a condo in Wailea. Goodies here include a short stroll to the sandy beach, a cement beach path that connects you to other Wailea resorts and restaurants, and a bbq in each unit. If you’re staying at a condo that is farther from the beach, there is a parking lot next to the pool (and beach) so you can throw your goodies in the car and go. They have a fantastic covered pavilion with plenty of tables and a full kitchen next to the beach, along with bbqs.
The main rental agent, Destination Resorts, has extra services such as grocery shopping before you arrive, massages, free long distance to many countries, and rental cars are available for $34 per day.
1/2s (997–1,100 sq. ft.) are $300–$600, 2/2s (1,254–1,528 sq. ft.) are $425–$625. Those priciest units are called Prime Oceanfront and live up to their name. 5-night minimum. They add a 5% “resort fee” to your room rate.
