166 units, 4 pools, a/c, daily maid service, washer/dryer in unit, some units have free hi-speed Internet access, lanais on all. This is one of the less impressive Wailea properties, although room classifications are more than fair with decent ocean views that may be priced as garden view. Also, the 36 acres of grounds means that upper village units are a 10-minute walk from the beach. Even lower units may be 5 minutes away. The rooms we saw were of very good quality from the agent we list. The resort was built in 1975, so it's not as pristine as others. This complex is fairly popular with families, and amenities such as bbq in each unit and shuffleboard confirm their target market.

The main rental agent, Destination Resorts, has extra services, such as grocery shopping before you arrive, massages, free long distance to many countries, and rental cars are available for $25 per day.

Studios (600 sq. ft.) are $230-$295, 1/2s (1,180 sq. ft) are $255-$335, 2/2s (1,505 sq. ft.) are $435-$525. 3-night minimum. They add a 5% "resort fee" to your room rate.
