98 units, 2 pools, 2 spas, bbq, daily maid service, central a/c, free fitness room, free valet parking, room service (from Longhi's), business center, private keyed elevators, free room safe, washer/dryer in unit, free Wi-Fi and hi-speed Internet access in rooms, free local calls, free coffee daily, billiards and game room on deck above the pool, lanais on all.

Finished in 2006, this is one of the newer luxury condos in the area. It consists of 8 buildings, including a 5-story building that contains the "penthouses," and the balance are 2-story buildings housing the villas. Penthouses are farthest from the ocean, and views are best from the 4th floor or above. Villas A and B are closest to the ocean. The contemporary Hawaiian-style buildings have lush, tropical grounds with lots of mature plants. Though not directly on a beach, there is a meandering stream that leads to the beach path and a short hop to Wailea Beach. Their adult-only pool is a peaceful infinity-edge pool. Ground-floor villas have their own tiny plunging pool with a waterfall. The rooms themselves are ultra-luxurious, expensively furnished by different interior designers. The bathrooms have deep soaking tubs and separate showers. The kitchens use all top-of-the-line appliances and granite counters. They even have Viking bbqs on the lanais.

Any other staff or service can be arranged by the resort (for a fee, of course) such as personal trainers, personal secretaries and private chefs. But at least the cabana chairs are free by the beach.

If you wonder how much this will set you back? You probably can't afford this place. But if you stay here and you are unhappy for any reason, there is just no pleasing you. Penthouse 2/2s (1,900 sq ft.) are $1,100-$1,500, 3/3s (2,500 sq ft.) are $1,700-$2,000, villa 3/4s (3,100 sq ft.) are $2,200-$2,500. 3-night minimum.
