50 units, pool, spa, bbq, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer in units, tennis court. I guess if you can't build on the shore, using it in the name is the next best thing. Across the street from Cove Park, this '70s building is dreary and dated. Units vary and most could use some maintenance. Only the 1/1s face the ocean directly. All have air conditioning, which is good because leaving the door open will invite traffic noise. Cement walls surround the pool and partially block ground floor views. You can do better elsewhere for the money. 1/1s (672 sq. ft.) are $110-$177, 2/2s (1,140 sq. ft.) are $153-$232. 4- or 7-night minimum.
