108 units, pool, maid service every 4 or 5 days, washer/dryer in units, bbqs (on the roof), elevator. It’s a mid-’70s, 6-story, semi-circular building with a great location overlooking Kama‘ole I Beach, but you’ll have to walk next door for the sand. All rooms have dynamite views except the rear-facing corner units. Units ending in 09 are recommended because the master bedroom is also on the ocean side. The property is very nicely maintained. Rooms are a tad small at 600 sq. ft. for 1/1s, 850 sq. ft. for 2/2s. Rates are $210–$245 for 1/1s or 1/2s, 2/2s are $240–$295. Maui Condo & Home also has some units here. 5-night minimum.
