239 units, 2 lighted tennis courts, pool, daily maid service, bbqs, fitness center, sauna, air conditioning, washer/dryer in units, Wi-Fi, free rooms safes, elevator. This is a boomerang-shaped 12-story building, so other than the center oceanfront 2/2 units, the closer-to-ocean 1/1s have the best ocean views compared to the studios farther back in the building. All floors above the 2nd are considered ocean view, though some 3rd and 4th floor rooms may have their views partially blocked by palm fronds. Rooms are reasonably sized, but they could be cleaner. The wind can make an annoying sound as it howls though the closed window frames. They’re on skinny, sandy Kahana Beach, which sometimes gets cloudy water but is good for swimming, if calm. Studios (431 sq. ft.) are $289–$299, 1/1s (777 sq. ft.) are $335–$409, 2/2s (1,141–1,287 sq. ft.) are $459–$619.
