239 units, 2 lighted tennis courts, pool, daily maid service, bbq, fitness center, sauna, air conditioning, washer/dryer in units, Wi-Fi, free rooms safes, elevator. This is a boomerang-shaped 12-story building, so other than the center oceanfront units, the closer-to-ocean 1/1s (700-777 sq. ft.) have the best ocean views compared to the studios farther back in the building. All floors above the 2nd are considered ocean view, though some 3rd and 4th floor rooms have their views partially blocked by palm trees. Rooms are reasonably sized. The wind can make an annoying sound as it howls though the closed window frames. Local calls are $1 for the first 15 minutes, then they charge 10¢ a minute. Their skinny sand beach sometimes accumulates smelly seaweed. The water here can be (but isn't always) gross. Studios (400 sq. ft.) are $249-$289, 1/1s are $285-$409, 2/2s are $405-$619.
