15 units, free hi-speed Internet access, bbq, lanais on all. Excellent views and you're super close to the water. They have an elevator for the 4 story building--unusual for a 15-unit building. It's an early '70s structure, but it's well-maintained. Rates for studios (which have pull-down Murphy beds) are $116-$150, 1/1s are $160-$231, 2/2s are $198-$263. North corner units are the best. (South corner units can get a little hot.) 5-night minimum.
