15 units, free hi-speed Internet access and Wi-Fi, bbqs, a/c on top floor units. Excellent views, and you’re super close to the water. They have an elevator in this 4-story building—unusual for such a small building. It’s an early ’70s structure, but it’s a well-maintained, intimate property. The units are clean but could use some more updating. They have a good attitude here—if there is something missing in your kitchen, they will get it for you. Soap is provided free for the coin-op washers. Rates for the 350 sq. ft. studios (which have pull-down beds and convection microwaves instead of full ovens) are $132–$159, 1/1s (620 sq. ft.) are $164–$269, 2/2s (896 sq. ft.) are $204–$274. North corner units are the best. (South corner units can get a little hot.) Discounts on longer stays. 5-night minimum. $35 “registration” fee.
