230 units, 3 pools, tennis court, some units have free hi-speed Internet access, Wi-Fi in clubhouse, most units have washer/dryer, bbqs, children’s playground, a/c. This is a huge, 28-acre gated community just outside Lahaina town, but a million miles away in terms of the tempo. Relaxed, soothing and lovely. Think of it as a tiny village on the outskirts of a busy town. Units are mostly nicely furnished and clean, but some could use updating. The oceanfront units are highly coveted and worth the upgrade since they’re less than 50 feet from the water, and that is part of what makes this property a gem. The beach is a walking beach, not good for swimming because it’s reefy and cloudy. One of the pools is literally touching the ocean. Unlike most condos, each owner owns the land, as well, and variation between layouts is great. Units are large. 1/2s (866 sq. ft.) are $175–$325, 2/2s (1,218 sq. ft.) are $225–$405, 3/2s (1,471–1,594 sq. ft.) are $450–$595, 4/3s (2,600 sq. ft.) are $635–$675. They have an extra $10 per day “registration fee.” (A small but annoyingly unnecessary charge.) 7-night minimum.
