52 units, pool, free Wi-Fi, bbqs, free room safe. The property is almost identical to the Mahina Surf with similar room layouts. Of the two, we liked this one more because the buildings seemed to have better views overall, and the unit quality and prices are slightly better. You can’t beat eating a meal at their oceanfront bbq area. Weekly pupu parties. Their rocky coastline sometimes has a small beach. Lots of stairs on property. 1/1s (600 sq. ft.) are $125–$140, 2/2s (1,100 sq. ft.) are $190–$235, 3/3s (1,300 sq. ft.) are $290. 3-night minimum.
