72 units, pool, spa, a/c, bbq, daily maid service, washer/dryer in unit, elevator, hi-speed Internet access in rooms, lanais on all. The location sure is amazing--right next to Polo Beach. In fact, because it's so close to the water and also so close to where you park your car, it's popular with folks who don't want to walk much. The 8-story building is shaped in a series of notches, so if you get an oceanfront unit, ask for one of the notches closet to the water. (The front notches are called Prime Oceanfront and are the priciest.) Oceanview units are usually so designated because there's some kind of obstruction between you and the water. Layouts are pleasing with both living room and the master bedroom next to the ocean, so you get to live and sleep to the sound of the ocean. There may be some stairs in your unit. No one will accuse the Polo Beach Club of being a bargain, but its location and spacious, well-furnished units certainly qualify for the gem rating.
The main rental agent, Destination Resorts, has extra services such as grocery shopping before you arrive, massages, and rental cars are available for $25 per day.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and they enforce it with vigor.
2/2s (1,236-1,321 sq. ft.) are $595-$725. 3-night minimum. They add a 5% "resort fee" to your room rate.
