12 units, free hi-speed Internet access, bbqs. This late ’60s building has a great oceanfront location, less than 50 feet to the water and very tidy. It’s on a small, sandy beach that comes and goes, and you may find seaweed in the water. Kitchens in some, small but functional. In all, a reasonable place to stay for the money with a very intimate feel. 1/1s (618 sq. ft.) are $130–$170, 2/1s (682 sq. ft.) are $180–$205. 5-night minimum.
