364 units, 2 pools, 2 spas, sauna, putting green, shuffleboard, bbqs, 3 lighted tennis courts, daily maid service, business center, a/c in living room, free hi-speed Internet access, free Wi-Fi hotspots around resort, washer/dryer in units, elevator. Eleven buildings scattered around 13 acres of pretty grounds fronting a narrow beach. Some garden view units overlook pretty koi ponds. Studios here have a good layout and feel larger than their 454 sq. ft. Some 2/2s have a loft, as well. Rooms vary considerably. Local calls are $1, and room safes are $2.60. The rack rate seems much higher than what it’s worth; hope you got a better deal. Studios are $335–$380, 1/1s (620 sq. ft.) are $366–$409, 2/1s or 2/2s (620–861 sq. ft.) are $471–$626, 3/2s (1,217 sq. ft.) are $660. Those rack rates are way high, but few pay them.
