42 units, pool, daily maid service, bbq, rooms safes, free Wi-Fi. Three buildings with the back one containing the studios; the two oceanfront buildings have the 1/1s and 2/2s. A bit less dreamy than other Napili properties, though the rooms are adequately sized. Upper floor views are partially blocked by low-hanging eaves, resulting in a more confined feel. Bottom floors are more desirable. Local calls are 75¢. Rooms are overpriced at $140 for the 497 sq. ft. studios (which have pull-down Murphy beds), 1/1s (638 sq. ft.) are $295, 2/2s (1,032 sq. ft.) are $450. In short, it's fine, but you can do better.
