125 units, 2 pools, hi-speed Internet access, free room safes, washer/dryer in unit, bbq, daily maid service. Located on a rocky point near a protected cove (which is calm and has decent snorkeling but sometimes poor visibility), most of the second-story rooms have nice ocean views (except A24-27). The 1/1s are nicely sized ground-floor units at around 700 sq. ft. (with B units slightly larger than the A units); however, the 2/2s at 1,100 sq. ft. have a problem. The second room is an upstairs loft-type, and an open balcony means no privacy. In fact, guests sometimes drape a blanket on the railing to keep people on the grounds from seeing them. Overall, the units felt spacious with the bedrooms well-separated from the living room. Their brochure says you're "steps away from Napili Beach." That's true, but we're talking about a lot of steps with a 5-minute walk. Local calls are 50¢. If stairs are a problem for you, you'll find that every unit has stairs. 1/1s are $229-$309, 2/2s are $289-$489.
