34 units, hi-speed Internet access in some, bbq. All are small studios (435 sq. ft.) and each has a different owner. Best asset is their awesome location right on Napili Bay. Oceanfront units (especially rooms ending in 01-04) have unbeatable views. 5-night minimum. Rates are $145-$154 from the above agent. We saw other units rented by individual owners that had nice upgrades. Don't expect the resident manager to help you. If you have a problem in your unit, you will need to contact your rental agent.
