46 units, pool, elevator, bbq, hi-speed Internet access, lanais on all. In windy and dusty north Kihei, its beach is wide and sandy and the orientation affords some good views of West Maui at the expense of most full-on ocean views. The pool area is very dreary. Rooms are clean and reasonably decorated. 1/2 units (at 675 sq. ft., including lanai) are $125-$210, 2/2s are $165-$215. Not a compelling place to stay, but acceptable in a pinch.
