9 rooms, free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, coffee maker upon request, empty fridges, no phones. This was originally built in the 1960s but has been lovingly restored and turned into an intimate, casual property tucked behind the busy main street of Pa'ia. The rooms are very small at 120 sq. ft. but very clean. They make good use of the space with simple, charming decor and ensuite baths. The rooms don't have lanais, but there are plenty of places to park yourself outside, including the tiki bar and hammock. They pay close attention to detail and making the place feel vintage Hawai'i by including a waterfall feature in the courtyard and fresh flowers strewn around--even in your toilet (yes, you can flush it). They also have a 1/1 unit that sleeps 3 and is very spacious at 800 sq. ft. Hotel rooms are $125 and the 1/1 is $165. Near Baldwin Ave. 2-night minimum.
