76 units, pool, bbq, a/c in the living room, washer/dryers in some units, others share a coin-op laundry room. Mostly long term, with some vacation rentals. Seven buildings scattered around 3.5 acres, it was built in two phases, 1965 and '69. Buildings 4 and 5 are the oceanfront units. Rooms vary considerably. The ground were looking overgrown on this visit. 1/1s (600 sq. ft.) are $95-$165, 2/1s (888 sq. ft.) are $190-$220. 7-night minimum.
