72 units, free Wi-Fi, a/c, coffee makers with free daily coffee. It is truly inconceivable that a property can be built at the beach and yet make it feel like you are nowhere near the ocean. This place manages to do both. In fact, almost all the rooms have no ocean views. The tiny rooms (200 sq. ft.) are incredibly cramped. Tiny bathrooms, tiny sinks—even the stairway to the second floor is small. The “suites” are simply two tiny rooms combined to make one puny suite. Only the suites are “oceanfront.” Rooms are $120. Suites (400 sq. ft.) are $230–$240. Hope you did better than this rack rate.
