140 units, air conditioning, pool and spa, tennis court, daily maid, washer/dryer in units, free hi-speed Internet access, huge lanais on all, shuffleboard, putting green, free continental breakfast by pool, weekly mai tai parties, bbq. A large, sprawling condo complex (half are timeshares) with spacious, clean, well-furnished units, albeit at a hefty price. Layouts are pleasing, but the kitchens are small. Some units have distant ocean views. All bedrooms have tvs. It was one of the earlier large south Kihei condos (built in 1981) but is well maintained. Local calls are 60¢, and room safes are $2.60. 1,035 sq. ft 1/2s (including lanai), 2/2s are 1,400 sq. ft. (including lanai), Add a loft room and you have a 3/3s 1,800 sq. ft. (including lanais--also off the loft bedroom). Rates for 1/2s are $230-$335, 2/2s are $285-$420. 3/3s are $415-$535.
