140 units, air conditioning, pool, spa, tennis court, daily maid, washer/dryer in units, free hi-speed Internet access, huge lanais on all, shuffleboard, putting green, free coffee in the lobby daily, weekly mai tai parties, bbqs. A large, sprawling condo complex (half are timeshares) with spacious, clean, well-furnished units, albeit at a hefty price. Layouts are pleasing, but the kitchens are small. Some units have distant ocean views. It was one of the earlier large south Kihei condos (built in 1981) but is well maintained. Local calls are 60¢, and room safes are $2.60. 1,035 sq. ft. 1/2s (including lanai), 2/2s are 1,397 sq. ft. (including lanai), Add a loft and you have 3/3s at 1,695 sq. ft. (including lanai—also off the loft bedroom). Rates for 1/2s are $341–$359, 2/2s are $406–$449. 3/3s are $599. Those rack rates are way high, but few pay them.
