265 rooms, pool, keiki pool, 2 spas, 2 lighted tennis courts, free fitness room, room service, coffee maker with free coffee daily, empty fridge, free room safes, Wi-Fi, 37-inch flat screen tvs, restaurant and poolside bar. A mid-’90s hotel with good services and pleasant rooms for a reasonable fee. They offer lots of freebies, such as local calls, washer/dryers on every other floor, a shuttle to take you around Kihei and Wailea, and computers in the lobby. Grounds are unremarkable, and views are pretty much non-existent. Lots of airline personnel stay here. Rooms are adequately sized at 355 sq. ft. and have been updated nicely with new bedding and furnishings, including sofa beds and microwaves in all rooms. Room rates are $265, suites (519–545 sq. ft.) are $305–$345. Packages are almost always available, and rooms can sometimes be had for $125 and up, so ask.
