107 units, 2 pools, 2 spas, 4 tennis courts (2 lighted), bbqs, daily maid service, central a/c, washer/dryer in unit, free hi-speed Internet access in rooms. This gated resort may be may be overpriced, but the location is wonderful. It’s quieter than many condo resorts and a bit more isolated since it's in sleepy Makena, south of Wailea. All the 3-story walk-up buildings except A and C are oceanfront. (They still call A & C oceanfront, but you can judge for yourself from our aerial photo. Oceanview seems more accurate.) Buildings B and F are our favorites. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs at this property. Living areas in the units are on the ocean side, leaving the bedroom in the back. Units are large, and most are expensively furnished.

The main rental agent, Destination Resorts, has extra services, such as grocery shopping before you arrive, massages, free long distance to many countries, and rental cars are available for $34 per day.

Prices for the 1/2s (1,038–1,616 sq. ft.) are $625–$675, 2/2s (1,548–1,938 sq. ft.) are $575–$950. 3-night minimum. They add a 5% “resort fee” to your room rate.
