30 units, pool, elevator (though there may be steps to your unit), washer/dryer in units, free hi-speed Internet access in some, bbq. A brick-shaped building that's close to the water, and there's a skinny beach out front. Average rooms, and the pool's in front of the building, so you can't see the ocean from there. Some units are much nicer than others, but the resort's clean. 1/1s (650 sq. ft.) are $180-$190, 2/2s (850 sq. ft.) are $275, and the massive 3/3s (1,650 sq. ft. and have a/c) are $355-$435. It was feeling overpriced on this visit, but longer stays get better rates. 3- or 5-night minimum. Two-week stays get weekly maids.
