78 units, pool, spa, a/c, bbqs, washer/dryer in units, elevator. This is a 1970s 4-story building right next to the ocean but there is no beach—a seawall fronts it. A beach is a short walk to the left. The oceanfront views are pleasant over the large lawn, but you’re not as close to the water as some other properties on the strip. Some are nicely updated, others are adequate. They’re clean but small. 1/1s (555 sq. ft.) are $120–$175. 5-night minimum. Discounts on longer stays.
