113 units, pool, spa, washer/dryer in units, Wi-Fi, 4 tennis courts, putting green, bbq, lanais on all. 1/1 units are 800 sq. ft. but feel smaller; same for the 1,000 sq. ft. 2/2s. The grounds are very tidy and tropical. Their beach is not a great swimming beach because it may have seaweed in the water, but they remove the seaweed daily that collects on the sand. If you're down by the pool, there's a kitchen there, too, to cook your meals. Staff has a family feel. 1/1s are $109-$209, 2/2s are $129-$229, 3/2s (1,200 sq. ft.) are $249-$299. The 3/2s are simply upper floors with lofts, but they have windows so they're not as dreary as other loft bedrooms. The price difference represents updated units, which probably are worth the extra $20. If you want a/c, it will run you an extra $20 per day. Priced at about what it's worth. 4- or 7-night minimum.
