36 units, pool, bbqs, free hi-speed Internet access in some, washer/dryer in units. All units have a great oceanfront location with the lanais about 27 feet from the water. There’s a small, nomadic beach next door and sometimes in front (though the water isn’t great for swimming). The pool is on the street side, so no views of the ocean from there. The second floor 2/2s are townhouse-style (bedrooms upstairs) and have a big kitchen and a spacious feel at 1,160 sq. ft., plus lanai. These are a particularly good value. They have three room categories: standard, deluxe and premium. We found the standard rooms to be pretty...standard (though they are honest about them). If you want more, go for a deluxe for $20 or $30 more. Nice staff here. Rates are $129–$179 for 1/1s (560 sq. ft.), $219–$269 for 2/2s. 3-night minimum.
