3 units, bbqs, a/c, free Wi-Fi. Clean, updated (in 2009) units right across street from the beach. If you’re alone, it's hard to beat the $60 price for the (120 sq. ft.) single-bed room with kitchen. The others are a 1/1 for $150 (with tiny spiral staircase loft-style bedroom and a studio for $100—both around 336 sq. ft. Great for budget travelers. Close to road but not much noise from inside units. No laundry facilities available, but they do have some cool pet birds and a nice teak picnic table. No phones, no credit cards.
