127 rooms, pool, spa, washer/dryer in units, most have free Wi-Fi, elevator to some rooms, lanais on all, 2 tennis courts, bbq. Located across the street from the ocean, views are partially blocked, but you're not paying for views here. They packed a lot of buildings on a little piece of land, so don't expect spacious grounds. Do expect lots of never-ending stairs. Parking is on either end of the hill, so it's always a long walk to your car. At least you'll stay in shape walking to Kama'ole I Beach and carting your groceries to your unit. 1/1s (700 sq. ft.) are $102-$147, 2/1s (900 sq. ft.) are $130-$167, 2/2s (945 sq. ft.) are $159-$198. 4- or 7-night minimum.
