68 units, pool, bbqs, washer/dryer in units, a/c in most, free hi-speed Internet access, elevator. Some units face away from the ocean and should be avoided. There’s a nice lawn between you and the ocean seawall, and the pool’s in front of the building, so you can’t see the ocean from there. They have three categories—deluxe, superior and ultra superior. It’s only $10 to upgrade to superior and $20 to ultra superior, and it’s worth either upgrade. 1/1s (598 sq. ft.) are $175–$195. 3-night minimum. Call for discounts.
