92 units, pool, spa, bbq, a/c, tennis court, elevator, hi-speed Internet access in some units, washer/dryers in all units. Across the street from the ocean sandwiched between the highway and Lower Honoapiilani Road, rooms have large windows that overlook...not much. Some units have been upgraded, others feel dated. Feeling lucky? 2/2s are upstairs and have a less-than-pleasing townhouse/loft layout with both bedrooms upstairs. Get a higher floor unit if you want to see the ocean at all. 1/1s (600 sq. ft.) are $135-$145, 2/2s (1,290 sq. ft.) are $170-$190. 5-night minimum.
