92 units, pool, spa, bbqs, a/c, tennis court, washer/dryers in units, elevator, hi-speed Internet access in some units. Across the street from the ocean sandwiched between the highway and Lower Honoapiilani Road, rooms have large windows that overlook...not much. Some units have been upgraded, others feel dated. Feeling lucky? 2/2s are upstairs and have townhouse/loft layouts with both bedrooms upstairs. Get a higher floor unit (4th or above) if you want to see the ocean at all. Many timeshares here which are handled by the front desk. The numbers we list are for an off-site rental agent. 1/1s (720 sq. ft.) are $130–$150, 2/2s (1,268 sq. ft.) are $165–$225. 3-night minimum.
