88 units, pool, bbq, hi-speed Internet access, elevator. They're near the ocean, but a seawall prevents you from seeing the shoreline. (A small detail, granted, but it takes away from some of the oceanfront experience.) Higher floors have better views. Rooms are averaged-sized 611 sq. ft. 1/1s. Grounds are tidy but basic. Some units are upgraded, others feel dated. Rates are $185-$195 for 1/1s. The second set of phone numbers has more units available, many for less money than the on-site agent. 4-night minimum.
