16 units, pool, bbqs, a/c in most bedrooms and some living rooms, washer/dryer in units, hi-speed Internet access in some. Most are long-term, but some are vacation rentals. Near a shallow beach. It’s a quiet property with buildings 2 and 3 closest to the ocean. Units vary, but are well-maintained. 3/2s (1,448 sq. ft.) and 3/3s (loft style at 1,490 sq. ft.). Rates have come down a lot since our last edition and are $275–$475. 5-night minimum.
