105 units, pool, central air conditioning, washer/dryer in units, some units have free hi-speed Internet access, spa, bbqs, 2 lighted tennis courts. This is sort of the forgotten resort of Ka‘anapali. It’s far from the beach and quiet (except for some traffic noise from the nearby highway), and you may not see many people. Local calls are 25¢. The 2/2s are huge—1,800–1,900 sq. ft. with split-level layouts on 3rd floor units. Most are long term or owner-occupied, and the remaining vacation rentals display a large variation, from pretty nice to so-so. This property is in great condition because it seems under-used, and they have a long list of house rules. Rates are $245–$315. 5-night minimum. They have an annoying “vehicle registration fee” of $50 per stay.
