18 units, pool, free hi-speed Internet access, bbq, air conditioning in bedrooms. You get a lot for your money here. Small but very well-kept grounds, nicely furnished rooms (especially for these prices), and very close to the water (about 100 feet). The shoreline is sometimes sandy, sometimes not. Rooms 101 and 201-04 are wider than 105 and 205-09. The building was built in 1973 but is well cared for. Though the building is very close to the street, they use safety glass (like the kind in your windshield) to deaden the street noise, and it works really well. In short, a very good deal. Rates are $140-$180 for 1/1s (500-677 sq. ft.). 2/1s, which have their second bedroom as a loft and are 1,100-1,200 sq. ft., are $185-$190. If you stay less than 7 nights, there is a cleaning fee.
