38 units, pool, free Wi-Fi, bbqs, free room safes, weekly maid for a 10-day or longer stay. Some rooms are more updated than others. Some layouts are odd, while others are pleasing. Feeling lucky? Buildings are nicely oriented around the namesake cove (which is calm and has decent snorkeling—usually lots of turtles—but sometimes poor visibility), and they have a ramp leading into the water, which is sometimes seaweedy, sometimes not. The complex is quiet and peaceful. They have weekly potluck pupu parties. Lots of return guests here. Rates are reasonable at $189–$305, and that covers a complex assortment of layouts from 1/1s to 3/2s that range from 700–1,100 sq. ft. 3-night minimum.
