63 units, pool, elevator, bbqs, free Wi-Fi, weekly maid service, washer/dryer in units. Two 8-story buildings have large, comfortable 2/2s with big lanais. All have good ocean views, and the staff is friendly. You’re right above thin, sandy Kahana Beach (although it’s not a great part of the beach). Most have shoji or pocket doors shutting off one bedroom, but otherwise, they’re nicely furnished and clean with large windows to overlook the water. They have a large function room, which can be used without charge to guests for anniversaries and such. The lanais in the A building get a lot of sun in the afternoon (versus the B building) and have more direct sunset views. In all, a good value for the money. 2/2s (1,100–1,250 sq. ft.) are $220–$300. 5- or 7-night minimum. Discounts available.
