80 units, pool, a/c (in the master bedroom only), elevator (in the 7-story building), free room safes, washer/dryer in some (the rest use coin-op), bbqs, free hi-speed Internet access or Wi-Fi, maid service three times a week, free coffee on the lawn in the mornings, pupu parties once a week. It’s hard to find a place in this area closer to the water. They have a crescent-shaped tower building and low-rise buildings that contain 1/1 units. The 2/2 units have a bedroom on the ocean side. The sound of the surf is ever-present here and will lull you to sleep. Other layouts put the bedrooms on the street side. It’s no bargain, but its proximity to the ocean and lovely grounds are hard to beat. Many units have been upgraded nicely, so ask for one. 1/1 units (518 sq. ft.) are $245–$345, 1/2s (686 sq. ft.) are $260–$355, 2/2s (852 sq. ft.) are $340–$505. 4- or 7-night minimum.
