67 units, pool, bbq, hi-speed Internet access in some, elevator. Lots of long-term rentals here (and it feels like it) with some vacation rentals. Rooms aren't much. Units on the 1st and 2nd floors of the back building should be avoided due to very poor views. The nice large pool is tucked behind a single-story building (not appearing on their property map), which has a rooftop seating area blocking any views you may have enjoyed. No beach here. $115-$165 for the 506-590 sq. ft. 1/1s, 2/2s (855-924 sq. ft.) are $175-$280.
