67 units, pool, bbqs, hi-speed Internet access in some, elevator. Lots of long-term rentals here with some vacation rentals. The building went through a major upgrade since our last visit, and the common areas were looking much nicer. Units are clean but unremarkable and on the small side. Condos on the 1st and 2nd floors of the back building should be avoided due to very poor views. The nice large pool is tucked behind a single-story building (not appearing on their property map), which has a rooftop seating area, good for whale watching, but blocking any views you may have enjoyed from the pool or back building lower floors. No beach here. $125–$150 for the 506–558 sq. ft. 1/1s, 2/2s (799–903 sq. ft.) are $175–$260. 5-night minimum.
